Juliet Foster brings over 25 years of professional writing, teaching and coaching experience to college essay advising.

Prior to launching a business in the college consulting field in 2022, Juliet co-founded a law practice, representing clients nationwide. Over her twenty-plus-year career as an attorney, she wore many hats, including training new lawyers to craft succinct and powerful stories for discovery and the courtroom. Her golden takeaway for all storytelling is to prioritize authenticity and the writer’s natural “voice”.

Before getting her law degree, Juliet was an English and psychology honors graduate from the University of Texas. She has served on a major public T10 university’s premier, full-ride scholarship committee, evaluating and recommending candidates based on their applications and essays. Additionally, she served a multi-year term on the same university’s council for emerging alumni leaders. Juliet has advocated for many children and teens in the foster care system as a Guardian Ad Litem.

In addition to working as a lawyer and admissions consultant, Juliet is a wife and the mother of two college students and gets a kick out of the energy and humor that high school and college-aged students bring to any conversation.  She loves getting to know her students’ personalities: their motivations, speedbumps, and what brings them joy.
